Rachel Joy Tanzer currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts, and is the literary curator for the South Asian Arts Council. She lived in New York for 16 years where she worked in the music industry as a Talent Buyer for the venue Brownies, and handled A&R at Sony/BMG. Her last role in India was manager of the Foreign Correspondents Club.
